Our core advantage lies in our expertise with high-performance materials (like Merino Wool and CoolMax), scientific product design, and strict attention to manufacturing details. We focus on the sock’s actual performance, not just its appearance.
We offer various options: colors, logos/patterns (embroidery, jacquard, or printing), materials (Merino Wool, CoolMax, etc.), sizes, and packaging.
Inquiry: You provide initial requirements (design, quantity, target price, etc.).
Quotation & Confirmation: We provide a detailed quotation. Both parties confirm prices and terms.
Sampling: After the sample fee is paid, we produce pre-production samples for your approval on quality and design.
Deposit & Production: Upon sample approval, a deposit (typically 50%) is paid, and we commence mass production.
Quality Control: We conduct strict inspections during and after production.
Balance Payment & Shipping: After you approve the bulk goods photos/videos, the balance is paid, and we arrange shipment.
Sample Fee: Samples are chargeable. The fee depends on the design complexity and materials used. This fee can be refunded or deducted from the final invoice if the subsequent order reaches a certain quantity.
Sample Time: After receiving the sample fee and confirming all details, sample production typically takes 5-7 working days. Shipping time is additional.
We provide a standard size chart (based on foot length or shoe size) for your reference. If you have specific sizing needs (e.g., for a particular team), we can provide a blank size chart for you to fill out. For customers between sizes or with wider feet, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for optimal comfort.
The complete customization process typically takes 4-6 weeks. This timeline includes design confirmation, manufacturing, quality control, and shipping.
The price is determined by factors like order quantity, material cost, design complexity, and packaging. Please contact us for a detailed quotation.
Our standard MOQ is 100 pairs per design. We can offer a more flexible MOQ for initial cooperation, please contact us to discuss.
Our standard process is a 50% deposit after design confirmation, and the remaining 50% balance before shipment.
After the bulk sample is approved and the deposit is received, the standard production lead time is 4-5 weeks. This includes material sourcing, production, quality control, and preparation for shipping. Lead times may vary for rush orders or those with special complexity, which we will communicate in advance.
We offer various methods to meet different needs for speed and cost:
Express (DHL/UPS/FedEx): Fast, 3-7 days, door-to-door. Ideal for samples and small orders.
Air Freight: Faster than sea, suitable for medium-sized urgent orders.
Sea Freight: Most cost-effective for large volumes, longer transit time (20-40 days).

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package weight & dimensions, and the chosen shipping method. We will provide a detailed shipping quote along with your order confirmation.
