For simple customization (such as color or yarn changes using existing materials), production usually takes about 20–25 days. For sample replication or more complex designs, the process may take 25–30 days. Fully new designs may require 1–2 rounds of sampling before bulk production.
Additional finishing processes such as anti-bacterial or moisture-wicking treatments may add a few extra days. Our production process typically includes four stages: sampling, material preparation, bulk production, and final inspection & packaging.
